While I was visiting a girlfriend in San Francisco, I
took four daily yoga classes. They were tons of fun, though I realized how completely out of shape I am. I've lost a lot of flexibility since my colorguard days, so I think yoga is a great way to get that back plus some of the yoga poses really require strength training. Especially when you are trying to balance and do back bends you really need to be able to hold your own weight.
