New year's resolutions

Habit loops to break:
1.) stop eating fast food all together (and eat more "real food")
2.) not exercising
3.) being cruel/impatient/frustrated/angry with myself
4.) being short/frustrated with others
5.) worry less, take action more
6.) better word my questions so they aren't passive aggressive or manipulative
