Day 19: Trace for scratch board

I really enjoyed the scratch board illustrations from the book "The House in the Night" by Marie Swanson with pictures by Beth Krommes. In order to learn how to make scratch board art, I decided to use an artist's piece instead of my own to try and figure out light and shadow.

And my trace with the cat on the bed and the bear as a bunny and the girl with longer hair:

But that's HUGE so I will practice with this smaller image on a 5 x 7 board:
